Pastor Wiley Thomas is a fourth-generation minister of the gospel and a native of Oakland, California. He is an ordained elder with the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International and has more than 20 years
of ministry experience. He serves as Executive Pastor of Greater Christ Temple Church in Stockton, California, under the leadership of his pastor, Bishop T. David Dockery Sr., and he serves as Director of Operations for the California Northwest District Council.

Pastor Thomas is the CEO of Wiley Thomas Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ministering to the whole person. Throughout his ministry, Pastor Thomas has provided leadership in pastoral care, organizational development, conference planning, and leadership training, helping individuals and teams lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose. Pastor Thomas earned his associate’s degree in divinity and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in organizational leadership. He is an author, conference host, and vigorous speaker with a deep passion for prayer, which he regards as the foundation for spiritual growth and effective leadership.
